NEW HOME

This is our new home!!!! it needs a lot of paint and some work!!! We don't know when we are moving, because of all the work we will see.... I will keep you up to date! I love the back yard it is realy big. The street it is on is called "Claremont ave." and is in a great part of Louisville. We can walk to a bakery and litle shops......and it has a lot of trees.

Christmas!!!

I love this time of the year......I guess it is the best time during the winter. The only great time during the winter!!!! And after Christmas I know it will be spring soon..... And we get to go home. just one more week and I will be in Holland for 10 days. I am so looking forward to that. To all of you Merry Christmas and a very happy new year!!!!

Planting flowers for the spring!!!

Today has been a great day, it is a wonderful fall day. So I planted all my flower bulbs for the spring. At least 80 of them all in pots because we hope to move before the spring and the bulbs have to go with us. This is one of those days you get a lot done I like that because during the week I just don't feel like it. My work is going great.... last week was my first full week and so far I am really liking it. I take care of recruiting of PT, OT and ST's.....(therapist) and staffing. For now only the nursing homes in Louisville. In a little bit also other cities, in total 21 facilities. It is a lot of problem solving work.....So still in health care but more the business site.

I need to go now hope all is well...

NEW JOB!!!!

Yes I got a Job!!!! with the same company I was working for. I am the new staffing manager for them. Natalie my boss gave me a call on Monday with a good offer. I took the job and I started working on Thursday. So far it has been great, I don't know way they think I can do this.....but hey I will give it a try. I love the people I work with so that is great....

There will be an update about this....a lot off them I think. About the things I did....ha ha ha.

Homesick for my beautiful country....

Sins I started to travel I realise I love where I come from. Never crossed my mind when I was younger.... I love the way we live in Holland. I know things are changing to, but it is still very nice. I love the beautiful flowers we have, some of the old houses, I love that we are very down to earth people. I love our bike system. Maybe I make it a lot nicer in my mind then it really is, that is ok with me because it is nice to dream of where I come from and miss it. And when I go home it is to short to realise the bad things about Holland....

I think this picture is so sweet..... Just found it back so had to post it. This was last spring in Holland. I am at home..... I like to call myself a stay at home mom for Sam. It makes me feel good about the fact that I'm not working now, and have a hard time finding a job that is a good fit for me. But I am not giving up I love being a dog-mom and I will love to go back to work when I find that wonderful Job that is out there...(I hope)

And at least I have time to blog again......Yes.

On the farm.....early october.

It has been a couple of weeks ago but I still want to put it on my blog because we had a great day. Jeff and Rianna are friends from the ship. They came home for 3 weeks, Jeff is from Louisville and Rianna from England. They are back on the African mercy for one more year.....and then, I hope they will move back to Louisville. We will see!!!! Well we got to shoot some guns.....and I was really good believe it or not. Great time out there for us and Sam as you can see. He is a lot bigger, he looks like a dog not like a puppy. O yes we where shooting on a pumpkin and a can.

Well I hope all is going well.....o yes a Little update on the job thing. I had to turn a job down, I did not really feel good about it and they could not pay me what I wanted. So still at home having a good time.... Let you know if I got something.
